Handcrafted Pottery Mug – Limited Edition by Emily Colter
Some pieces carry more than beauty—they carry a story. These mugs were created exclusively for The Purple Finch by Fairfield, CT ceramic artist Emily Colter, who has been Sarah’s dear friend since high school. Inspired by countless cups of tea and a shared love of handmade things, we asked Emily to craft a small run of limited-edition mugs just for us. Each one is hand-thrown, finished with a soft purple glaze, and rests on whimsical finch feet at the base. Charming, practical, and full of heart, these mugs are a celebration of friendship, artistry, and everyday rituals.
